WE ARE OPENING A STOREFRONT??!

ello there and welcome to another installment of my journal... today we have some incredibly big news.

We are opening a store

in Downtown Summerville, SC!​

First and foremost, we really feel like this is what God is calling our family into in this season. It’s a leap of faith, that’s for sure, but I truly believe it’s also us doing what we were created to do on this earth and will make a lasting impact. SO excited to be following the Lord’s lead into this endeavor!

A bit of the Vision:

we're not building a typical retail store. The Inspire Joy storefront is designed to be something Summerville hasn't had before, an immersive creative space, designed to feel like stepping out of the ordinary world and into a different one. My family has long had a dream of opening up a space like this…

Think installation art exhibits with interactive , creative experiences. Some experiences will be free to enjoy, others will be paid experiences, but all of them are designed to invite participants to experience something new, explore ideas, and create their own art.

The space will carry products that cannot easily be found elsewhere, original to the Inspire Joy brand, alongside curated goods that fit the storefront vision. A rotating gallery wall will spotlight local artists , making the space a connection point for the broader creative community in Summerville, SC. There will also be space for people to come in, work on a project, make their own art, and simply hangout! (Find updates and more info on the fundraiser page linked below!)

What Your Support Makes Possible/what we are hoping to raise:

Every donation goes directly toward the costs of opening our physical location in the heart of Downtown Summerville! (127 Short Central) Helping us to cover startup inventory and the buildout needed to make the space truly special.

$2500 - for furnishings, displays, signage, lighting and equipment.

$4000 - for initial stocking the store with in-person inventory.
